BEWARE

I ordered 18 items and 2 came broken- they refused o replace them which meant I could not use the remianing 16. I offered to return the entire order for a full refund and they refused. They told me I should have ordered extras. I have called multiple times and have been told a supervisor will contact me which has not occurred. Terrible customer service-stay away from this company

Terrible service, broken product and complete rip off

I ordered two dozen customized wine glasses for my brother's baby shower. They had an option to expedite the shipping to 2-day service for $60 and I paid for it since was in a pinch; our grandmother had just passed away and the grieving process threw off my planning activities. I later received an email confirmation stating customized orders would need 5-7 business days to process which would have taken too long so I emailed them to ask if it's possible for me to have my order in time or not and if not I wish to cancel. They knew my situation was desperate and took advantage of that my tacking on an additional $40 expedite fee. So the glasses themselves were under $70 but now I'm paying an additional $100 to get them in time. I would have been okay with this but as you can see, there was a causality in my order and their response was to offer a refund of $1 and inform me I should have ordered extra because this happens. What!? If I need 24 and I order/pay for 24 shouldn't it be up to them to ship some attrition to make sure their customers have what they need and what they paid for?! I asked for them to consider the fact that I paid $40 to expedite the order of 24 glass and I paid $60 to ship 24 glasses yet I don't receive 24 glasses and therefore didn't get what I paid for. I also said it's quite easy for them to file an insurance claim through fedex to get reimbursed for my loss and as such I am entitled to more than $1 credit. The "customer service" rep disagreed and offered no further assistance. This is a horrible company to deal with. Buyer beware...

Mother of bride

Placed a verbal order and paid extra for overnight delivery. I didn't get them and was told they would cover cost to overnight by 10 the next day, really then order comes and it's missing the gift boxes. Manager was on vacation and Jessy or jessinia wasn't rude and not helpful had the nerve to say what good would it do me if she contacted the warehouse. You would think good customer service she would help. NEVER EVER USE THEM. I had to run out the day before the wedding and pay for boxes.

DONT ORDER UNLESS YOURE 100% SURE - bad customer service

I placed an order over the weekend that immediately needed to be cancelled. I could not get in touch with them until 9AM eastern time Monday morning, so I emailed them immediately and then got in touch with them Monday at 9AM eastern time. I found out they had already done the artwork and would be charging me $35 even though there was no other possible way I could have stopped them. Luckily the rest was refunded but based on the fact that this was out of my control despite my best efforts to cancel before processing began this should have never happened. The customer service person when bringing this up was like a broken record player and not helpful AT ALL. Stay away if you can unless you are certain this is EXACTLY what you want.

Don't order unless you're sure - terrible customer service

I placed an order over the weekend that immediately needed to be cancelled. I could not get in touch with them until 9AM eastern time Monday morning, so I emailed them immediately and then got in touch with them Monday at 9AM eastern time. I found out they had already done the artwork and would be charging me $35 even though there was no other possible way I could have stopped them. Luckily the rest was refunded but based on the fact that this was out of my control despite my best efforts to cancel before processing began this should have never happened. The customer service person when bringing this up was like a broken record player and not helpful AT ALL. Stay away if you can unless you are certain this is EXACTLY what you want.

Myweddingfavors.com is an abject ripoff

Please be wary of this merchant. The products are substantially smaller than they appear in the website. The printing on the products is even smaller. They twice failed to fulfill orders and would not refund the two that they failed to deliver. I ended up challenging the charge through my credit card issuer. This company rips people off. Don’t waste your money or your time.

My item (once edible) item arrived late and was automatically returned before I received, so I am unable to speak to that specifically. The problem began with a shipper issue but I rate Myweddingfavors.com service low for their response after that. Neither them nor their vendor would work with me to file a claim with the shipper who wouldn't help me without their word. So, spent a lot of money for nothing but a headache. Skip this unhelpful middle-man site and find a vendor to deal with directly.

Very Very Very Pooooor Services

Very Poor Service. Please don't order anything from here. Very disgusting guys. Poor commitment... Never deliver on time... I have ordered a flower in morning and there commitment was to deliver it in the morning but till end of the day I was not able to get it... Highly disagree with the commitment... Never gonna deal with these type of people... These guys need to learn a lot to stand in the market...

really nice wedding favors!

I bought the personalized stemless wine glasses for my reception and they were a big hit. I ended up with some extra but that is fine. Only thing is they took 4 weeks to process but I had time.
